On 7/22/24 or 7/23/24 there was an ad on FB selling fold up chairs an fold up wagons. They were advertising from QVC Factory Outlet but I dont know who was selling them actually but it was under QVC Factory Outlet and I thought thats a replical company Sounds real. I will order. I gave a few co.names to you as what o kept seeing OnLine an it also could be CTS (Christmas Tree Shops). There were several buiness names. However, It said if you buy one chair an 1 wagon you get one of each free. They were like 19.99 each so I bought one of each. I was to get 2 wagons an 2 chairs in black, could if been navy blue. Unfort its been so long I've forgotten the color. I waited an waited an never received. I reached out to them many times, starting like 2 months later. They eventually responded after 10 emails and threats to turn them in. I gave them the order # SENARAVYN1568 or SHOPSENDARAVYN1568. Not sure as seen both. That person on the email said the order showed delivered to my zip code. No street, no name for me,just they sent to a postal code Tracking # QBS86960457CD. I couldn't even track it myself. A zip code of many addresses. Sounded shady. Why not my home address they had? ..anyone could of received my order an why couldnt I track it? I fussed an went on an on demaning my shipment. They said check you local P.O. Now how would they know if they got a big huge box or boxes of large items using my zip code? I dont even think PO deals with large packages as those would of been. I never went because I just didnt see them knowing if my large packages came to just my zip code.. I kept sending emails demanding they find my order an ship to my home address again . They said let me check at warehouse. Somewhere where it shipped out of.

Again I kept emailing an told them I was gonna report them to ScamPulse.com if they didnt reship my order to me or refund me

No shipment , no refund after they said they would resend it out an I stressed to ship to my home address. City. State, and zip code

They stopped a responding to my emails after that. I reached out fthe llast time 11/18/24. They never responded.
