I received a robocall claiming to be from QuoteAdvantage from the number, (760) 546-9630. They said they were offering health insurance coverage for people with Medi-Cal and Medicaid. Over the course of multiple calls, they told me they were in the Phillipines, New York, and San Diego. They said their company was called "Baja Call Center Services," but other representatives had no idea what that was. Another said the company name was "Color Company." Most of them said, "Insurance Help Center." I can't say for 100% sure they are scammers, but they certainly seem to be.

They call asking if you have Medicare or Medicaid and want to tell you about new benifits. They hang up. When you ask for more information.
