Scammer used social media facebook name Qian Yang to approach victim. Then Introduced mobile app to download a cryptocurrency platform Quoine to do bitcoin transactions. Profit is approx. 15-30%. They suggest that victim start with smaller amount then trapped the victim with increasing investment. There is no issue with small amount withdraw. The platform later on offered an imprest program with loan of $30,000.00 into your account for free of interest for one week. When it comes to return it was requested the imprest need to be returned from an outside source instead of deducting from your account directly. It was advised that 1% interest will be deducted after due date then 10% after another week till the account is cleared. The scammer even offered to pay $17K for you then you pay the rest of $13K. Account has been frozen since then.
