I was using social media when an advertisement for a fenced raised garden bed showed up in my feed. I went to the website, Quodeci.com and was given a "buy one, get one free" deal. I complete my purchase, costing me $50.00, and within a day or so, received a tracking number. It showed my "item" in California. A week later, I received a notification that the item was "delivered" to an address that was not mine, nor was it near my home. I immediately contacted Quodeci via email at [email protected] and went back and forth about "checking with my neighbors" about the package. Next, I was told they would ship another to me. I asked for a tracking number and was told it would come, which it never did. Next, I was told that they would refund me 40% of my original purchase and I should purchase another. I declined. Today they offered to refund me 60% of my original purchase and I should purchase another. Again, I declined. They have no phone number available, just the email [email protected].
