I made many efforts to call the merchant with the numbers given on the invoice 844-700-1196 UT only to have a recording that said no calls are accepted, I looked on google to find several listings of this exact number for multiple places none matching Azore Simple Wilderness. I also tried the MaroonAppleCiderCaps number 888-480-9472 and never connected to speak with anyone, always on hold for 30 + minutes and never was able to speak to anyone.
I emailed [email protected] the email address on the invoice and requested an address to return the product also to no avail. Also note the third name for the company. When I searched Google all three of these company names and phone numbers and all came up as scams. I have attached the scam warning listed under Google for AzoreSImpleWilderness
I have documentation attached, the receipt that says they were processing my $142.12 order and that on my bill it would show Azore Simple Wilderness but on my credit card the transaction says MaroonAppleCiderCaps which is the third name of the company??? Because I did not return the product within 14 days they charged me for the product.
The email I sent to request an address to send back the original free sample and cancel anything I may have unknowingly subscribed to is yet another different company under [email protected]
It wasn’t until I put a dispute claim with my credit card company I did receive a call from a representative and said I had to pay the money because I hadn’t read the fine print about returning the product within 14 days even though there was no return address or letter saying I needed to do so. When I told her the efforts I made to contact them she admitted the phone numbers were not in use anymore and I repeatedly asked for an address to return product so they would credit my account and she said too late and refused to give me my money back.
Thank you for assisting me in resolving this matter I want to put there names out there to help any other unsuspecting person who will do the same thing, it’s frustrating to say the least.
