Purchased a package from Colorado of a medical marijuana agency that was advertised on FB and Instagram. I started to chat with the owner and linked to his website. I purchased $250 of medicinal. Next day was supposed to be delivered as I was tracking my package through Global Multi purpose Express. That company started to charge me for stamps and a certificate of FDA. Cost me $1,130 they said it will be refunded upon the delivery of package. Never got the package or the refund
