Totally false advertising and no integrity with their words. I called and they told me $15 for the service fee and $35 for lock picking. If there's anything more, they will let me know when they get there. They also said they'd be here in 15-25 minutes. The guy arrived over an hour later, and they guy that arrived had already written a bill before even looking at my lock: $19 for service fee, $120 for labor, $80 for picking the lock and maybe $136 for replacing the lock. He was shady in in an unmarked white van. I had been locked out of my home for a few hours. And I assume that most people call locksmiths in an desperate/emergency situation and they know this so they prey on this.
