I have been searching for a small loan recently and filled out several applications. Today I started receiving calls from this business stating I had in deed qualified for a small personal loan between 2500.00 and 10,000 dollars. I chose 2500, I'm retired and on limited income, but the payments were affordable. After taking all my information I was told the branch manager would be reviewing my paperwork, but since my credit score is low, they told me they would send a small " Quick Loan " to my account, I would send it back, and this would elevate my credit score enough to finalize the loan. Well that would have been ok until they told me I had to go somewhere with MoneyGram to send the money back. Well been there done that years ago so I knew it was a scam but played along to see their particular process so I could warn others. Well after that I got another call saying no I didn't have to do that, I truly don't have transportation and have health issues, but that I needed to give them my login and password to my bank account I was using in order for them to " LINK" it into their system. I of course told them uh no, yep your caught. Oh and at the beginning of the call they had emailed me "Loan Documents" to review and needed a copy of my DL which I did provide before I knew what was going on. I finally acted like I had thought about it and told them ok I'll give you the information you need but kept giving them the wrong information. Needless to say I told them I would need to correct the login and get back to them. Now remember they called me from 1 number first and then said oh our Manager will be calling but the number is different. Well I tried calling the second number I had repeatedly but got no answer. Then I tried the first number I had. The young man I spoke to seemed flabbergasted and was like "Oh they didn't answer" and I could see the decline in his enthusiasm about the whole situation. And did not even seem to know who I was talking about but recovered from that almost "OOPPPPSS". They kept trying to call and I blocked and emailed them threatening them with criminal charges and reporting to the BBB. I also was not nice about it. These people are horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Thank you
