I have used payday loans off and on for years in a emergency type situation. I to my knowledge have always paid them off. I got a email out of the blue saying I won’t pay or communicate with them so I need to pay the 1,331.61 now or 7,984.41 at court ruling. I can’t get hold of the business or any other information, but the information in the email and it’s always the same one. I can’t get any questions answered at all. If I owe this debt it is really old and sense I have never been contacted by mail or phone as they say they have been trying for a long time and I refuse to answer it seems to be a scam to me. I would pay it if it’s legitimately my debt, but it doesn’t make sense and why did it take so long for them to contact me. I also suspect the time frame because the longer the time the more the can get from you.
