I called them to get a quote on health insurance due to my husband passing away. My insurance was about to expire and so I went ahead and got insurance with quick health. I only had it 1/2 a month before I canceled it. They took out another month of payment. I have been trying to reach them since January of 2023 and all they keep telling me is I will receive an email of my refund. I called to speak with Charles the manager and he was supposed to call me back 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. I called back and no one answers.
