I found Mr. Quez Cuts via Instagram, @richoffquezcuts, and clicked the link on his page to book a haircut appointment for my boyfriend's birthday. On December 1, 2021 I paid $50 on his website with my card, and I put my boyfriend's contact information, full name, and phone number, as well as my card info on his website. He texted my boyfriend saying it would be $75 for a house-call haircut and we refused to send $25 more, so we asked for a refund. I messaged him on Instagram asking for a refund and Mr. Quez Cuts responded hatefully using profanity. One week later we still have not received a refund and the bank says the transaction was completed and deposited to his account and there is no pending refund. He never came out to us for the hair cut, never did anything to earn the money and kept our $50 for nothing. He blocked me and my boyfriend on Instagram. He is trying to run a business however he has bad customer service and is scamming. I wonder how many other people he has scammed and stolen their money.
