I purchase a diagnostic product on the quest website. My credit card got the bill immediately and I never received any confirmation email ever. I tried to contact the customer service three times. I remained on the line for more than one hour each time. I spoke to a real person twice. The first person just hung up my call really rude! The second one said she would transfer me to another person and there's never another person! Totally wasted my time and money! Hopefully ScamPulse.com can sue them and hope there won't be more people bing scammed!
