This Quest Land Properties, LLC is an absolute scam. The principle person of the company Roman Mis will avoid your call if you try to contact him directly. He sends out mass mailings to property owners. In the letter is a page he calls "Purchase Agreement." This scam will cost unsuspected property owners the loss of their property. The fake purchase agreement does not require any identification verification. Any person can intercept the letter, or the letter can be addressed or delivered to the wrong person. The wrong person can sign the fake purchase agreement and change the address and after taking a photo of the paper, Roman asks the signed paper be emailed to him. The offer is always about 10% of the properties market value. This is a scam that attempts to record a fake sale and steal peoples property. I tried to call Roman multiple times to instruct him to take me off his mailing list. Roman will not talk to me. He just hangs up the phone when he finds out why I'm calling. This company is a scam!!!!! Property owners who want to sell their properties should go to a legit real estate office/agent/broker.
