on Oct 14th, 2023 I ordered (2) shoe cabinets from QUEIOR.COM and after 3 weeks past they sent me a tracking number for China Post. The tracking number showed several delays in customs and finally my local Post Office. I contacted QUEIOR through there email ([email protected]) and they continued to say give it a few more days, after a few more days I contacted them again and there reply was it was delivered. on Nov. 15th 2023. I have surveillance cameras and it shows No delivery at my home. BTREESHOES/QUEIOR.COM or whatever there name is says to check my local Post office. I checked and my Post Office has no record of this Tracking number. This whole transaction was a SCAM and they claim that since the package has been delivered to the address at checkout and they ship it to you in good Faith.
