State Pets Airways requested that I "Rent (Hire) a different CRATE for the safe delivery of your kittens" for $1800. They requested that I buy 4 AMEX gift certificates (three for $500 and one for $300) and send/text them a pictures of certificates. That's when I suspected it might be a fraud. Sure enough, after researching pet scam sites, I found they were reported as a fraud.
