Multiple phone calls from Corpus Christi, TX number. Very bad service/fumbling of phone by caller. Caller stated that I could be saving money on my electric and asked if I spend $50 a month or more. I immediately asked that my number be removed from the call list. I was taken aback by the aggressive response saying that I was "commanding them" to do something and that nothing happens that way. "You cannot command anyone to do anything. You have to be polite." Threatening tone and very odd, especially hearing a scammer on a false platform of morality and politeness.
