Myself and may others ordered products from this company about 2-3 months ago and still have not received anything. the website says that item will ship 2 weeks after purchase, which was fine when I initially ordered but when I reach out to their customer service team they continuously give me the same run around answer that my order will be shipped out next week... and then the next... and then the next. Finally I took it upon myself to let others know that this website was a scam on their social media and magically I received an email with a "tracking number" for my item. upon checking this tracking number it shows that a label was created and the product had not yet been shipped or even given to the postal service. It has been 3 days now and the order has still not been given to the postal service. Did not receive any product and they will not issue a refund.
