Quantum tax service charged me $700 to get my taxes back in a week then fraudulently made a mistake on my address so the IRS flagged it and I didn't get my refund until the end of March yet the owner James refused to give me a partial refund because of their error he said no because he has children to feed he also did the same on my daughter and cousin taxes he is a fraud and shouldn't be in taxes
