Being charged for monthly Keto gummies on credit card even though dispute underway with card company

I saw an ad I believe on Facebook for the gummies. First it was 5 bottles for 99.99 and I was charged 199.99 , then shortly after I was charged $59.99 for a detox which I am 65 years old and never ever did a detox nor would I . So they gave me back $99.94 and then I said I would return everything unopened for full refund. No problem they said. Cost me $11.75 to mail back. Once you have your tracking number and we receive it call us back we will refund. That was 9.26.22 I have called everyweek and each time told to call back. As of today they have my $159.93 for 4 weeks. What a scam. Finally today the girl was willing to give me back my money but charged me $35.00 for a restocking fee which was never said before durning all 4 calls! I ask to speak to a supervisor, nope sorry no one there. Said they are a third party and have to follow the rules and the best she could do was the refund minus the restocking fee. I will call my credit card next and dispute the charge. Do Not buy anything from Quantumbrands.. Oprah! Best part was the gummies only had 30 in bottle my fault for not reading that but for that cost it should of been 60 count. So Sad what they do to the consumer. Just lost $35.00 I work hard for my money and that was just WRONG. Thanks for listening hope this helps someone else.

I have been seeing what looked like ads for Oprah Winfrey starting this same company a week or so ago. I saw an add that Joyce Meyer just released her product for the same Keto Gummies. I clicked on it and read about it and they had the cheapest price for $39.99 and I thought surely Joyce Myers not a scam artist or out to cheat anyone and the someone reliable and honest is selling them (Oprah will be too, as I read about recently) so, finally I can lose the weight I need to lose and bought them. Almost immediately I got a txt from my visa saying they declined a charge for $199.88 to QUANTUMBRANDS at 9:23. I thought everything was good, they declined the purchase. Soon after I got a txt from the 877-560-8036 saying that they would give me free shipping and handling and offered me a additional discount, which did not happen when they must have run the charge AGAIN after they text me.

Then I receive a package with the 5 bottles of Keto Gummies (apparently $39.99 a bottle if you bought 5 bottles). I then checked my visa and sure enough they charged me for $199.88 on 8/23. I was not emailed, called or text anything from them stating that they charged me any amount of money or sent a receipt of any kind. I called today to arrange sending them back and I am going to spend the money to mail these 5 bottles back, but I doubt I will ever hear from them until they devise a new scam. I did a very similar situation and I did email you about that scam, but I never got the 59.99 I think that was they got in a very similar scam. Seems to be same people and same product!!
