Quantom Solution Reports & Reviews (3)

I created a new Earthlink password because I wanted to use it on my Dell PC, my new Google smartphone, and my new Apple iPad. It was always rejected with the message that "your address and password doesn't match our records." So I called the Earthlink help desk at 888-303-0834. They told me my account had been compromised by hackers in Germany, China, and Mexico, and that I would be turned over to Quantom Web Solutions, who would fix it at a cost of $180. Quantom then called me on an 800 Service number. They took over all three of my devices using AnyDesk. On my computer screen I could see them apparently fixing the problem, and I was on the phone with them off and on for about three hours. I was getting exhausted and impatient, and said I just wanted to pay the $180 and be finished with it. Then they started pressuring me to buy "lifetime protection" for an additional $530. At this point I began to suspect a scam--I'm over 80 years old and thought they were targeting me because of my age. But finally I agreed just to be rid of them. I gave them my credit card information, but in a few minutes they called back to say it was rejected. They wanted me to call my credit card provider to straighten it out. I said the charge must have been rejected because something was wrong about it, and I said I wanted no further dealings with them and hung up. Then they called back several times on the 800 Service number but I didn't answer. I called my credit card provider, who said they hadn't received an attempted charge, but advised me to cancel my card--which I did. Within a few hours my computer went dead, but I was able to restart it. At first I had no internet access at all, but the next day that slowly came back. I still have no email access on any of my devices. I have an appointment with my computer guy to fix it this morning.

I think your scammer who put it fake page ,now i going to report you as like fraud .

When our laptop computer stopped working due to what appeared to be hacking, we contacted this company who said they could fix it. The company also used the name Sapphire Solutions LLC. After the tech accessed our computer remotely, and showed us evidence about a hacker, he claimed it was fixed and said the cost was $249.99 and that we would have to pay for it using an electronic check through our checking account. We thought it was fixed, but then tried to use it again and it still wasn't working. We called back and said we refused to pay them and if the charge appeared in our bank account, we would report them as a fraud and a scam. They assured us they would not charge us. But, five days later, the charge was in our checking account when we checked it online. We later learned this company is a fraud and a scam, so we want to warn others.
