Found the website through Facebook advertisement. Visited the site through a link on Facebook ad. Placed an order for furniture (2 Vanities & 1 dresser). Funds were taken from my account. Then the provided tracking number stated the item was delivered to my mailbox. It was not, then we contacted the shipping company (third party through the company the item was brought from). The shipping company confirmed that the tracking number was nonexistent in their system. I then contacted my local post office and they stated that a different package (weight was 6oz) under that tracking number was delivered to another address. I then contacted the person who the items were supposedly delivered to and they stated they did not in fact receive the items. I then contacted the company's customer service. The customer service phone number provided on the website was a disconnected number. I then utilized the customer service email provided on the website. Corresponded with a woman named Anna who keeps claiming the package was delivered. Anna is now asking that I check with my neighbors, friends, family, etc. to ensure the items were not received, insinuating someone signed for my package. Of course, I did that prior to contacting customer service, and I also informed Anna of that. Anna' has not become unresponsive.
