Hi,

Please make time to read all important notes as this is your guide on how to do your tasks.

KINDLY READ: Important Notes

* Attached here is the Manual. Kindly download the document. It will illustrate you every step you need to take to process packages properly. Please find time to review it.

* Changing of Address is prohibited for the first 30 days to confirm security of packages. You can request changing of address when you are no longer in Probationary Period.

* For future reference, this is how we deal with packages missing:

1. double check this pack with your family members, they might have received the pack

2. double check this pack around your house ( porch, outside the door, trash bins outside, mailbox)

3. double check this pack with your nearest neighbors. It happens sometimes that the delivery man brought the pack in your neighbor's doorsteps. This happened before on one of our employees. If there is a need to mention the name of the customer of the pack, please do so.

4. if still not found, call carrier and report a claim on the missing pack so an investigation will be initiated.

* PLEASE do not open the Manufacturer's box or Device box. You are allowed though to open just the brown carrier's box.

* Steps on how to upload pictures correctly in your Dashboard:

1. Make sure " Task Accepted" and " Received" is clicked.

2. Click " Photo" to upload picture of the product. Click " Packing List" to upload invoice.

3. Go to Select Files.

4. Select the picture and click Open.

5. Wait till the loading bar turns 100%.

6. Reload the page and double check if the photo is still there.

Note: If you're getting an error or if your photo doesn't show in your dashboard, edit your photo so that picture size will be smaller. If possible, use mobile phone to take pictures as they come in small size.

Reload the page then and re upload the photo.

* Remove Invoice or Packing list from the package after taking pictures to avoid double taxation.

* If you receive a package not showing in the dashboard, please report it as an Unknown Package.

Refer to the following steps:

1) Go to Packages.

2) Click on REPORT UNKNOWN PACKAGE button

3) Enter all the information of the package.

4) Click Save.

* If you will be on leave, kindly follow 1 week notice. Provide us ahead your scheduled leave for approval.

* For resignation cases, please notify us in advance so we can process your clearance from the company and so we can stop sending packages to be inspected.

Due to Covid I was out of work for 9 months going into December. I received a call on 11/30 from a firm called Quality Shippers stating they reviewed my resume' and wanted to know if I wanted to interview for a position. The position entailed receiving packages, inspecting them, repackaging and applying a new label, which never had any relationship to the incoming label. The base salary would be $2800 plus $50 for each package handled. Being "handled" would mean picking it up at times, processing it and always taking it to FedEx or UPS. After the phone interview, The offer was made on the 3rd and packages began to be received on the 9th of December which made the payday January 9th. As the 9th approached, shipments slowed in-coming and stopped on the 7th. The last shipment out was the 8th. That was the last I heard of them. No deposits were made into my account. Calls went unanswered as were emails. They stuck me for $6100.00 (66 packages processed). This evening my login to the control panel was cut off.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

so this job had contacted me because i was on indeed looking for work at home jobs and i assumed that dione fox was from indeed contacting me about a job from home

named quality shippers she/he sent me a email about how they was hiring and how they was impressed by my resume but i dont even have nothing on my resumè but since it said on my resumé i thought it was from indeed so after a little while probably a couple weeks at the most she had sent me emails about video interviews and assignments for me to fill out so since it had tutorial and guide videos about the job that she offered me and that it actually had an address i thought that it was legitimate and it said that it has a base salary of 2800$ dollars a month and 50$ for every package that is sent off and i had to inspect the packages report inspect take pictures of the product inside the package and upload the invoices and receipts of the packages that had been sent off from december 11th 2020 until january 11 2021 i had sent off a total of 41 packages i have all of the receipts for every package and i have the invoices the day before i was supposed to be getting paid i received no packages at all so i let her other manager named nico hathway through the website that it is going slow and i have not received anything and all she said was that ''this is noted then i texted again and she never responded and i also received a email about my payroll information sayin that since i started on the 11th of december 2020 i am supposed to be getting paid on the 12th of january and it might take an additional 24-48 hours for the first month only for security purposes and now that tuesday hit and i am supposed to be getting paid i couldnt log into my dashboard and nobody answered any of my phone calls text or emails and then that when i learned that this was a scam.

I was notified by email telling me I would work at home. They offered salaries and bonuses per month. They even proved to me they are legitimate but now I haven’t heard anything in 2 and half weeks. I feel I’m being scammed and will never see the money. I even sent out 4 packages without opening them. So now I know when someone offers a work at home job, NEVER take it!

I was hired to receive packages,take a picture of the contents and then mail the package with a shipping label they provide. I was told that I would receive $2,800 month plus $50 per package. I was suppose to receive this pay on 1/2/2020 one month after starting with the company. None of the phone numbers have ever worked. I have been called by them. Spoke to someone named Stella. They have a license with LARA which makes them appear to be legite. No paycheck. Now they are not returning any of my emails. I gave them my social, checking account numbers and sent a copy of my DL.

So this company contacted me through email there's Mitch Belle Rose Stella Roselle Esther gusman and kieron royden those of the people I spoke to specifically they use the packing company and they used the title of quality control inspector I was with them for a month they shipped me packages and I shipped out their packages through fedex and UPS They offer $2800 base salary and an additional $50 per package successfully shipped out I accumulated a total of an additional bonus of $700 while working with them and when it was time to pay I received no pay check every one of their phone numbers was disconnected and no longer available their company number was no longer available they did not respond to any of my emails I received no payment whatsoever
