The victims are cold called from the call center we used to work at. We offer senior citizens whole life insurance without any medical checkups and all medical conditions are accepted! Everyone is charged the same $99.50 per month no matter what their policy amount is. We were instructed to stop accepting credit cards and that we only could accept bank account numbers with their routing numbers as payments. We asked our floor manager Janice why we couldn't accept credit cards anymore because we found it odd. Janice, our floor manager, said that the insurance companies could no longer accept credit cards.

We were told to keep senior citizens on the phone and no matter how they sound or what their condition was/is if they were willing to give us their banking information then that was the goal no matter what!

Many of us were not paid for our work!
