Commercials advertised for "Blast Auxillary" fan. I ordered the fan on 4/29/21 from Quality Performance ([email protected]) and they said I would receive it in 7 days. When they gave me a tracking number they said it would be valid in 48 hours. It has been more than 48 hours so I called them. Turns out they don't know where the product is and now says it could take up to 30 days for me to receive my product. I contacted Paypal and they said they can not cancel the transaction. Quality Performance is a very deceptive website. Their site appears to be in the USA. But the customer service rep said they were actually in the Philippines. I visited a website-review of them (wish I had done it first) where everyone who ordered from them is saying the same thing: https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/qualitygadgetshop.com
