They did the work for my neighbor and came to my house to offer to do my front driveway on Oct. 4, 2023 new foundation new membrance interlock replacement same fashion total $3500.00, I only want to deposit $1000, but they demand $2500 because they have to buy material, I don't have enough money I have to go and borrow it. I gave them the money was thinking the job will be done in 2 days, they take some of my brick out and until today nobody come and finish the job, I can not even park my car, I called, and they keep promise to come because they can not order the material due to long weekend. The last time I spoke to the boss was Oct 12, 2023 he said he will come and finished in on Friday Oct 20, but I contact them Oct 18, 19 the phone was turn off.
My neighbor not happy with the job was done, and she wants them to come back to fix it also they still leave about 6 bags of cement on her driveway, and they said they will come but never show up, and she already paid them in full amount.

Short story is: I had a visit from one contractor who was going door to door. We agreed that he level my driveway so water goes towards the drain. Then he pointed that my driveway part over the culvert is cracking and that he can quickly fix that next day. They started working and they digged all the way down to the celvert pipe. Then he kept calling me during my working hours telling me that we have a big problem. I came home where he was waiting for me. He said that is a very big job to remove the pipe (even though he already removed everything except the pipe). When I asked him how is the big job if the only pipe was left in the whole. Pipe was rusted and in lots of pieces. Then price jumped from $1200 to $5200. He stated that to put a new pipe the price is going to be much higher. Then he demented $3000 deposit. Previously he told me no paying until job is done and I'm happy. I was in situation that I'm stuck with big whole at the beginning of my driveway. I gave him $3000 and they came tomorrow and "fixed" that part. Then he called me at work again saying that he finished the job. I replied that he still didn't cover and level the driveway and that job is not done. He stated that he ordered from Home Depot and that he will come back on Monday after 12:00 to finish the job. He demanded all the money because he already ordered the material. Stupid me gave him the rest for a total of $5200. When I asked him he stated that his warranty is 5 years. Also he "forgot" to remove the rusty culvert pipe and just left it on the grass beside. I called him right away and he said that hi will come back tomorrow to pick the rusty pipe. Pipe was on the street for 2 weeks . He never came back. When he answered my calls and stated that there is shortage of the material. Then he change the story from Home Depot to some private company. He never came back. Now when I call him he pretends that he doesn't remember the job. When he finally "remembered" this job he is always giving diferent excuse. He doesn't remember what he lied before. Always finishes with "I will come on Monday".

This been happening for 3-4 weeks and the part that he patched is already cracked and sinking. When I told him that the part he did cracked and that is sinking he told me "YOU ARE A LIAR" and asked me "What do you want me to do?". I answered him that he need to come and fix his work and to give money back for the part of the work that he didn't finish. He said again "I will come on Monday". I also texted him the pictures of the cracked sinking driveway .
