I purchased two Bell & Howell solar panel lights they charged me $68.94 for the lights and at the same time they charged me $29.99 there ad for the light was nowhere close $68.94 you can buy the same lights on Amazon for $38.94 and free shipping They will not return your phone call they never sent an invoice With an order number on it which they want They want you to emailed them They won’t even answer my email my opinion it’s a big scam

scammed me out of $200 with no refund

Purchased 2 item via Payal but both items did not work. Returned items as per guide lines. verified they received through post. Paypal did not help at all even after supplying all relevant return postage information. company sends generic reply to my emails avoiding any questions as to refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Charged me for service on a product they never shipped

I bought one of their product but after reding the reviews, i decided to cancel less than 24 hours later. They said they would cancel the order but they still charged my credit card for the product and the service warranty. I never received the product so the Credit card company refunded the purchase price but Qualitygadget shop said the service contract was in effect the the second the order was placed and that it could not be cancelled. Total Rip off, they are charging for a service contract for a product they never delievered.

Never buy fomr this company again!

Fraudulent company

Took my money from PayPal June 5th generated fake United States shipping label on June 10th, and it never was shipped sent over 17 emails and complaints, and it was same fake generated answer a ticket has been issued or escalated looking into it is July 2, 2022, I can not believe this con artist are not all in prison yet !

This is a bogus company...I ordered products on Dec. 4..150.00...it's now Jan 27 and nothing has arrived. My electronic correspondence with them seems to elicit robo responses...I've requested a refund, provided proof of purchase, and of couirse, the refund is not forthcoming. They seem to be connected to another company called Hajimari which is also providing no results in terms of rectifying the situation.

The add for the wi-fi booster said it will boost the output of your wi-fi signal. The product actually reduces the output of the signal. I tried emailing the company twice at the address listed and received no response.
