Found a Facebook advert that interested me. Looked on bbb for qualityesprit with no results so I figured it was safe to order. I ordered one 8ftx10ft and one 8ftx15ft storage sheds made of polyethylene plastic on Jan 6th 2023. Payment went through and I received an email confirming payment in which is itemized and tracking info from track718. The items were listed coming from a warehouse in Los Angela's California but then started tracking in China. It took about 2 weeks to be delivered. I didn't know it was shipped specifically usps. These sheds are supposed to be over 1000lbs together so I was expecting ups or FedEx. Anyway there were 2 charges. 1 for $31.77 for my total which the sheds were $29.95 each but somehow I got a 50% promo off my purchase then the second an atm fee of .32 cents. When I received A package it was a small box of 5 pair of socks not my sheds ordered. There are tons of adverts on facebook, it is sad they blend so well with actual shops. I have emailed qualityesprit 3 times and messenger text their Facebook page with no response. Now all the bad reviews are open for me to see. There are many of people just like me shown on their fb and track718 reviews. I've ask for a refund or the actual products ordered. It seems I like many others have been scammed. They have the email and ph# listed below. My phone doesn't allow international calls so I don't know if it's a good # but the email listed yes I have. I just want my money back now as I'm disgusted.please help with this situation. Thank you
