Our company became a victim of Qualiman’s ongoing scheme (dating back to at least approximately 2009) to defraud and swindle innocent businesses, banks and the United States itself by purporting to “issue” certain fictitious financial instruments– instruments which they never legally had any ability to issue, and in fact, where it is unmistakably against the law for them to have ever claimed otherwise.

We have filed complaints with the FBI, Secret Service, SEC and have also filed for civil restitution.
