got offered a free sample of the CBD oil and balm and they charged me 69.99 for the balm which was the size of a silver dollar, and 79.99 for the oil when it was just supposed to be $10.94 for shipping. after talling to Mary i requested the manager Daniel who refused to give me his last name and so rudely said "there is nothing you or your bank can do we've gone through this before" and hung up on me. they also have an alias company that showed up as *** on my bank statement and will be filing a complaint there as well.
