Hi, my name is Kevin and along with my wife Renee, we are the recent new owners of Qua-Luxe.com. As part of our store re-launch, we have engaged a new customer service team. I have almost 30 years experience in world-class customer service and this is an integral part of our mission. With this, we have refreshed and updated policies, including the return policy. Shipping timelines have been within expectations set for timing, and if any delay, I personally reach out and provide proactive feedback. As we move forward, we are working to refresh our social media presence, as well as product set.

I attempted to order this jacket, online however my banking institution declined the transaction. Not thinking too much of it, as banks will decline activity that appears suspicious in nature.

A short time later, the actual owner reached out to me, via email explaining what happened with the transaction. I have NEVER had such thing happen to me, before. He was so kindhearted in his approach, while thoroughly outlining what I needed to do to clear the transaction. His efforts were tireless, yet efficient. Not only was he able to clear the transaction, he kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I was able to purchase my jacket, my exchange via email was nothing short of stellar and he even doubled checked that my order was correct. I thought I had ordered the jacket in white.

I wanted to place an order for a leather jacket and didn’t feel comfortable with the site, Qua-luxe.
Now I know I should have listed to my instinct. I started to order the jacket and noticed when I reviewed the order it switched the size to small when I ordered large. There was an option to “decline offer” before submitting your order. Which I did decline the offer since I didn’t want a small. I did not submit my order. I contacted the company via email since they do not have an address or phone #. Wonder why? Only communication was via email and most of their responses were automated unless you had a valid question in their favor. The response I received from them was my order did go through and they said my order was a large. I told them I didn't want the jacket since I suspected their web site was not valid. To my shock when I checked my bank statement online, I was charged for 2 jackets and 2 jackets shipped, charging me for 2 jackets when I clearly didn't order 2. I received no order number (s) or any confirmation. Provided me with tracking information that was clearly coming from another country with no way of me tracking the order. (Total scam) I have disputed my charges with bank. I submitted my claim as fraud.
I know how 2 leather jackets that I don’t want. I am confident my bank will also realize this site is FRAUD 100%.

I purchased a jacket from Qualuxe on July 5, 2022, Order number #6538. The jacket was clearly advertised to be made of "Italian leather" (see attached advertisement). When I received the jacket on July 18 the label clearly shows the jacket to be made from Polyurethane (PU) and NOT of "Italian leather." I emailed Qualuxe on August 1, 2022 to initiate a return because the item was not as described and was told that I could not return the jacket because it was "on sale." They made no acknowledgement about the product being made of polyurethane when they advertised it as leather. I emailed the company again demanding the return of my money and informing them that I would be doing a chargeback with my bank if they did not honor my request. I received no response from them and so I made a charge back with my bank on August 12, 2022, since Qualuxe would not accept the product back. I am reading other accounts of this fraudulent advertising of "leather" garments by Qualuxe at Scam Watcher.
