My son saw an add online for a Pokémon hoodie the month before Christmas. There website was secure so I decided to order the sweatshirt and placed an online order on December 12th. I payed an extra $13 to try and expedite the shipping, knowing that it may arrive as late as December 26. It never arrived and I began emailing there customer support on January 8th thinking that maybe because it was coming from China that it was going to take longer and to tell them that it had not arrived even though I had payed extra shipping to get it here around Christmas. The emails went back and forth with them assuring me and giving me a tracking number which showed that the package was being continually shuffled back and forth between two USPS facilities in Los Angles California And Sparks Nevada since January 9th or 10th. I contacted USPS and their representative directed me to look up the shipping partner they used called NEWGISTICS after telling me the tracking showed it was being bounced around but that USPS never claimed to have received the package. I did look up NEWGISTICS site and entered my tracking number to find out that there was even more suspicious activity! I then emailed qqiosupport and told them what I’d learned and that if I did not see my package by the end of the week which would be January 24th. They told me they would try to get in touch with the shipping company and expedite things and for me to “ please kindly wait”. That really ticked me off as I’d BEEN kindly waiting! I emailed back on January 28th as they did not respond to my request for a refund and reiterated my desire for a refund and they emailed back that their office was on spring festival holiday and could not help me for several days but could give me a refund until February 10th! They are clearly stalling so they can hang on to my money until it is too late. But I have email evidence that my request for refund was before 14 days before whatever their cutoff is. I told them I was reporting them. I know I may not get my money back but I don’t want them to make anymore money off of people who would put their trust in this company.
