My 64 year old ex husband is being scammed by qpid network/charmdate.com (Ukraine pay per letter dating site) He suffered a stroke (2014) and had a brain tumor removed (2017) which left him without the frontal lobe of his brain. His ability to reason and understand the consequences of his actions, along with many other deficits, are causing him to think a 30 year old model is going to come to the US and marry him. At present he has spent approximately $18,000.00 in a 4 to 5 month period. I've contacted the customer support phone number at qpid network twice with the same answer both times, they have no person matching the credit cards I've given them. I have credit card statements from 4 different credit cards showing charges from the qpid network. I am extremely concerned for his welfare, he can not sustain this kind of spending for very much longer.
