Ordered a product from the website. Should've known better, but since the payment was through PayPal, I thought it would be ok. The order never arrived, and when I inquired (multiple times throughout the 2 month long period) during the shipping process, they kept giving me different tracking numbers saying there were logistics issues. I think they were just tapping into China Post's system and grabbing random tracking numbers. Obviously they refuse to give me a refund.
