I saw a facebook ad for adirondak chairs and bought them. I never received them. After a while I contacted their customer service and their response was that it had been shipped and to check with my neighbors. Then they said the shipped the wrong item and that I needed to retrieve that item and they would refund me.(No wrong item ever found) Now they say the will refund me 20%.

On 5/17 I went to a website described as a Costco website advertising 2 adirondack chairs for $30, I purchased 4. When I received the confirmation it stated the company was Qixuty Wholesale. It provided a confirmation with and order # of ID 00016100. Two days later I received a confirmation my order was sent with this tracking # ZJD121048043. Several weeks later I checked the tracking # and it stated it was in customs. After checking a week later, there was no shipping information, even the info regarding the items being in customs was gone. It only stated they were shipped. I emailed their support team and they keep saying they were delivered and check with my PO. This tracking number they gave me is not a legitimate tracking # per the PO. Now they are saying they will give me 10% of my $ back, but I'm disputing it with my bank. I should have vetted the company first but truly thought it was Costco.

I placed 2 separate orders on the "****** ********** for Adirondack chairs, 4 aqua and 2 black

I changed My mind and emailed the company about cancelling the order for the 4 aqua chairs as my credit card was maxed out. As per THEIR website "hassel free cancelling within the first 24hrs"

So I emailed said to cancel, they gave me the run around and THEN sent the chairs anyways.

So I said to myself "fine, I'll just take them"

Well LOW AND BEHOLD the chairs weren't chairs they are "3d glasses" that mind you , don't even work

So I reached out to the company, said to give me my money back. Their website again says "hassel free returns"

Well now I am OVER 10 emails back and forth between these scamming clowns because

1. They won't send me a return label

2. They want me to keep the glasses and accept 20% of MY MONEY back because "that's the best they can do" then 30% because that's "all they can do" and they are "very sorry"

I want ALL my money back and I want this website shut down and all affiliates. Scammers- ABSOLUTE scammers. Keeping MY MONEY and DIDNT EVEN SEND me what I "ordered" Not AT ALL affiliates with ******** warehouse like they are stating.

They never had the chairs, they are pretending and then just selling whatever they have from the Amazon warehouse that they bought of those skids of crapt people randomly buy.

I have attached all communication between them for viewing as well as screenshots.
