Call made by partner of victim of scam. His partner attempted to buy a Duwalt tool kit off the website for $250. The charge to her debit card was processed under a Victor Balmore according to her bank statements. Time has passed and she has not received any information regarding confirmations/shipping. When she reached out to the business using the phone number on the website, she reached an individual's phone with a voicemail recording stating that the individual has received hundred of calls regarding unreceived packages, that he is in no way affiliated with the business and cannot help. Scam victim is planning on contacting her bank to void the charge, but is concerned about her privacy now.
