Gets you to meet her on the side and offers to care for your accounting needs as she has a “separate” licensed business and try’s to scam you through demanding request and large amounts of money for zero services nor task completed. Runs you in circles and locks you out of your quickbooks demanding large amounts of money to access your stuff.
