The owner was called by this company stating they were part of Intuit/Quickbooks they were running a special for tech support. So the owner did a 3 year tech support contract starting on 2/2/17, last week when he tried to get tech support we were informed FFS didn't have a 3 year contract. I tried calling the number on the contract for customer support and it wont go through sounds like dead air. (844.720.1135). We want a refund or a legit 3 year tech support.

Looked up quick books tech support online and got this web site. Says it's a official Quick Books site. Called and they claimed they where official quick books tech. Did a remote session on my computer and said they fixed the issue. Next thing I know my credit card is being used and they forged a check on my business account for $ 2250.00. Talked to quick book ( the real ones) and they said they are trying to stop guys like this but is very hard. Not sure what else they stole. They have caused many sleepless nights. They have a Indian accent.
