Christmas 2021 I ordered a beautiful hanging wolf head wood carving from them for a gift. Found them on Amazon, payed through PayPal. Like so many others, never received it. It is August 2022 now. $45 lesson. My advice, web search any company before you make a purchase.

I ordered the magnetic ball and link puzzle on January 6. They charged me 74.10 on January 8. It’s now April 27th and I still don’t have my item! I have emailed them several times and all they ever say is they are sorry and will get in touch with the shipping company. I asked for a refund to which they said once it’s shipped they can’t refund. So if after 4 months it’s LOST, why is that my problem. Thankfully I paid with my AMEX card and put a complaint in with them to get my money back. This is a SCAM. Do not buy from them!

I ordered the Magnetic Balls and Rods Set Educational Magnet Building Blocks in mid January, 2022, total charge of $68.94 from QATIOCOLTD. It will be close to 3 months and I still have not received the item. I got a lot of excuses about the delay and a bunch of tracking numbers in the change of shipment but nothing ever came in the mail. I made a dispute to my credit card company about the missing item. Upon their investigation, the merchant QATIOCOLTD sent a bogus shipping information that they sent my order to my address. The truth of the matter is NEVER received the item but I was charged for it. If I only knew that this has been an issue with a lot of people about not getting what they have ordered from QATIOCOLTD, I would not have purchased from them. BIG SCAM! DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Ordered Garden Gnome set. Says shipped. Tracking looked good at first. Then they provided a different tracking number so something didn’t seem right. Opened a PayPal dispute. They responded with another tracking number saying it was delivered? I’ve been scammed. Had to call PayPal three times. First two operators wouldn’t do anything. Said it would be reviewed in five days. Third actually looked at the case and reversed the transaction. Be persistent ! Make sure you supply them with all the info you can about your experience.

Online Pixel Christmas Tree (6ft and 16ft)

Saw tall pixel lit Christmas trees on Facebook page. Followed link and purchase two 16ft and a 6ft pixel lit trees over $100. Waited and got shipping (from Denmark), clearing US customs and then delivered via USPS. Instead of tall pix tree, I received USB light strings, two short and a longer one. The "Thank You" card tell us to call [email protected] which is fake, no phone number. One red flag was that it wouldn't take my credit card, only took PayPal. It is harder to get your money back from PayPal than a CC.

Hi, Exactly the same happened to me. After raising a complaint with PayPal, PayPal has agreed to refund me all of my money, so don't give up!

I saw advertisement for lighted Christmas tree light show and I ordered what was advertised , lighted Christmas trees 16.4’ and 6.5 ‘ and what I received was a string of lights as shown in pictures attached, what was shown was two Christmas trees in two different sizes and I paid over $90 for both and it was no where near what was being advertised. I am very disappointed who this what I received , which I should not have been charged $101 for.

Purchased light up Letter lights for a wedding. Bought them 7 weeks before the event and they were 2 weeks late. Contacted company by email and they wouldn't refund. And they weren't as large or nice as the photos

I order dancing herons on 8/9. Just recieved today! What was shown in their advertisement is not what I got. It is less then 12" and is a cut out flat metal swan! Talk about false advertisement! Asked to return see what happens.
Do not order from this company! Product was marked down on sale from 57 dollars by 60%. So I ordered 3! I am discussed that they can take advantage like this. I should no better not to buy anything posted on facebook! Ppl be careful!

I ordered a 12 piece killer gnome set on July 24,2021. It shows shipping making it all the way to Billings, Montana and after that the notifications just stopped. This is the the most ridiculous bunch of bs. If anyone is thinking about ordering from this company do yourself a favor and don't.

I ordered some solar lites on 7-5-2021. I have not received my purchase. They keep saying they need my address info. I have sent it many times. The tracking stopped in Denver CO on 8-2-2021. They took $91.66 from my paypal . When I call the number I reach Paypal NOT the company. I am very upset and fed up. It isn't certain whether the scammer is the business listed above or PayPal. I ordered a product advertised on Facebook. I chose PayPal as the method of payment. Here's what happened:

The amount shown on both the seller’s website and PayPal website when I was making the purchase was $42.94. This is the amount I authorized.

The email receipt from the seller (Order Confirm-honorofcute) showed $42.94 as the amount.

The email receipt from PayPal (Receipt for Your Payment to qatio Co) shows $51.53 as the amount. What is the reason for this apparently fraudulent change? The extra amount, $8.59, is listed as “Tax.” Why didn’t this “Tax” show up when I was placing the order? Who gets this tax?

$51.53 was immediately charged to my credit card (I'm disputing the charge). I also contacted the seller, asking to cancel the transaction. No response. Also, no indication the product was shipped.
