On may 24th I subscribed to Q-Link free phone service for low income families. I purchased the phone sent in all of my personal documentation as required. On June 4 I have been on hold for over 40 documented hours trying to talk to someone. I left 2 call back requests, and nothing. I resubmitted my documents 3 times and the 2 people I spoke to just kept saying to resubmit my documents and today June 4th the guy I spoke to said they never received my payment for the phone and I said it has been taken out of my account and he replied prove it! So that is how I was treated by Q-LINK. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
