I engaged with this online DevOps engineer to create a web app that would allow me to drop price sheets in and automatically update my website, and technical support. He was paid by the hour and making good progress. I saw the work on gethub. But last Sunday after months of work and thousands of dollars paid, he suddenly terminated our agreement. BUT he also removed all the code he wrote for me! I can't access all the work I paid him to do. I don't understand, as he was so sweet the whole time we worked together. I tried arbitration but they don't respond. I want my money or my code!
