I filed a complaint and request for return for bra's purchased... should have checked reviews first.. The bras were beautiful , but the fabric on the straps didn't support the breasts weight, and well... they just didn't support, like a bra should... Also made with Latex, which some people have death allergy to... Shouldn't be let into the USA ...Don't go there... They offered me 50% off a further purchase... it took over 2 weeks to get my order, watching the tracking across China for a week and a half, before they even shipped to USA... Wish I had done better research... Maybe someone else will enjoy them...ordered 4. I will send to a thrift store, and call my losses complete.

This company is the worst I've ever seen, they would not exchange anything after 3 days of receiving the product and it took 4 days for them to reply. And told me that they wouldn't refund me full amount only 20% and 50% off next purchase. I will never order anything from them ever. They say the size should fit but I asked a friend to try it on and she's 3 sizes smaller than me and it still was too tight. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM... NO ONE CAN FIT IN THEIR PRODUCTS!

I can't even pull up the website anymore. SCAM! Stay far away from This "company" they don't even send you the product you ordered. They take your money and RUN! I ordered back in May and still didn't get my items. I was patient but with no response with the company I disputed the charges with my bank.

Their products aren't worth the money they charged, I'm sorry you didn't receive your items, but you wouldn't have been happy, and probably couldn't use it anyway!

i placed an order in May and received the order . The bras are way too small. I contacted support and emailed them the pictures they wanted. and i have not heard from them at all. Now my emails are not going through to them at all. I can't reach them in anyway. I spent $70 on bras that are no good. I had no idea this company was in China, if i knew that i wouldn't have ordered from them. China clothing is not to US sizes. I can't get anyone to respond and now can't reach them.

Makes you think they are reputable and from the states, also makes you think they have great customer service. I ordered 3 bras and measured per their chart. These bras never came close to my size. WTF. Now I can't get a hold of them. I would like to return and get my 60.00 bucks back, looks like fat chance. Very disappointed. The BBB needs to get in on this scam

ordered 1 bra to try and it came in way to small with wire sticking out one end. can't get a response to emails or phone calls for refund. they advertise customer satisfaction and then they ghost you so you can't contact them. theifs is what they are!

Bought bras from them last of April they cashed my check on May 17 now I can’t find a phone number or address to contact them. I want my $59.98 back. I sent a picture that shows the check was cashed. What do I do now?

I ordered some bras worth 70.00 us money.I have had no email to say yes confirmation. I cannot contact them to find out what is going on. My money has already been taken out of the account. I thing i have been scammed and very upset.If not a legit company shoukdnt be allowed to put ads on fb. I wiuld like my money refunded.

I had no idea this company was in China as their website leads you to believe it is here in the USA. They also say you will get the product within 12 to 20 business days, well that is a lie as it comes from China and seems they are in no rush, if you even get the item(s) ordered. I ordered two bras and after quite some time got an email saying that my order of one bra is being shipped from China. When trying to contact them about the qty being wrong, at first the emails do not go through, finally one did and all I got was an message saying I had to give them all kinds of information in order for them to even look into my order. I had to pre pay for these and I am on a fixed income, so I can't afford to loose money like this. They are misleading people about where they are from, when you will get items and do not really answer emails. I now see many other people have also had issues with them and have not ever gotten their orders. I am so upset it makes me sick that I wasted money like this. Please investigate these people and worn others about them. Attached is a screen shot that makes one think they are in the USA.
