I ordered a dress and was sent a completely different dress in the wrong size that was cheaply made. I contacted the seller for a refund and they wanted me to pay for a shipping label to send the cheap dress back. I informed them I would not be paying any more money to return something that I did not order and asked them to send me the shipping label and they said they wouldn’t. Originally they said they would reimburse me 65% of the total amount if I kept the dress. I told them I was not interested in this and wanted a full refund as I did not order this and this was not my fault. They then told me they would only reimburse me 45% and said that I was being unpleasant. I again asked for a full refund and explained again I did not get what I paid for. I am waiting to hear another response.
