The tarted me because I was looking for a personal online loan. They first sent an email then contacted me by phone. There were 2 men working together. The first one requested a image of my photo ID for the loan against identity theft. They requested I show my bank account to verify I would be able to make payment. Because they couldn't directly access the money they asked me to get a Walmart Prepaid Card. First one was for $145 the second was $201.

When I did not receive the money in my account I attempted to contact both men I spoke to. The first number had my number blocked and the second ended in a voice-mail. Using another phone I call the first number (914-219-6119) and reached the second person I spoke to. Which proved they blocked my number. I tried again from the other number and it was blocked. I have attached a copy of the letter that was attached to the email.
