Purple is a maker of mattresses, pillows, and sest cushions using a different type of material. They list a 100 day return policy with return shipping included.

Their customer service is shady and they have not provided me a refund for the $100.00 pillow. I feel sorry for people that purchased the mattress.

They send you through hoops to try and return it and they play mind games.
