Placed an order April 5th 2022. Sent 4 emails from 2 different emails regarding any update. Tracking hasnt been sent. They stopped replying to my email. They claim they cant refund orders at all. Even if they arent shipped. They reply on Instagram but not to any of my concerns just basic replies like a robot.

This entire company has turned into a scam. Hundreds if not thousands of people who ordered within the last 6 months haven’t received anything more than an order confirmation email. the owner barely replies to messages or emails and has the worst customer service ever. they delete comments on their instagram of people trying to warn others not to waste their money on this store. I am waiting on a package for over a month that’s worth $100+ CAD and they won’t send any shipping info.
