Bubble wrap package arrives with 6 bottles of "Purity Nutra" "Flex Joint Plus Enhanced Formula 6" (pills). Ingredients list on back of bottle indicates that pills contain vitamins D & C, plus some fillers like grapeseed extract. Note is enclosed, along with instructions to pay the fake "bill" that's included (total = $299.95). The note reads: "Dear Friend, I would like to personally thank you for becoming a new and valued customer of Purity Nutra...." It is signed by Kevin Holmes, the putative "President" of this fake company, Purity Nutra. A postscript at bottom reads: "If you ever have any questions or concerns, you can reach a customer service representative from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST at 1-800-976-5792.
