Request samples ($10.59) on 4/25/2019 for diet product. Charge in 15 days $92.27, charge me again in June. Report to my credit card as scam. Charge again in July. Tried to contact them by phone at not vail (always busy or ring & ring) for months. Credit card fraud team tried to contact them also with same results. Capital One credit it me but they place the charges again on Dec. 30, 2019. Claimed VISA contact this "company" & they prove the tracking numbers for delivered. Went to CA & found that address in packages belong to a UPS store, they rent a box there. Request credit card to provide me with physical address, they claimed they don't have it. On 7/17/2019 they email me with cancellation of my order #493518 at my request??? Then in October 4 send me another cancelation with the same order number. Credit card sent me a letter on Dec.1st, 2019 requesting all details about my dispute. I faxed all documents & on Dec.29 Credit card mailed me a letter state that I fail to provide evidence in 60 days after 1st complain in May. Place a complain at FTC but my AARP suggest to report scam to GA Attorney General office.
