I ordered a free sample of product except for S&H. Received sample then found 5 additional charges occurring on charge account totaling nearly $200.00. I was told per phone that I did not "cancel" the order within 14 days so I was charged the full price. The 14 day clause must have been mighty small or invisible because I do not recall seeing it. They would not take product back so I got stuck with charges and sample product that I would not have kept had I known they would do this. Beware of "free samples" total scam!

On their internet pitch they offer a “free trial”. I read this entire page & saw no where that it was based on a number of days then I would be charged a large price for them. They said it was on their policy page but I swear I did not even see anything indicating there was a charge after a... certain number of days. When I saw my account had been charged for $180.00 I immediately called which was the 15th day. They refused to refund the charges even though it was one day past the so called trial period. I believe when advertising a free trial it is simply that a sample of the product or it should be advertised as reworded in the advertisement it’s self directly under the word Free Trial of the number of days you have to try it & the cost you will be charged. However if they did that they know people would not order their product. I would not have. I don’t have $179.00 to throw away. I live on a fixed income. I don’t have $179.00 to throw away. I mean really one day over their limit that I never saw on their website. In addition they sent a trial of some eye cream as a bonus is included in the $179.00 charge. I mean I paid almost $5 for each one & thought that was all the cost of the 2 trial products. Their advertising needs to have these charges up front where is says Free Trial. The product is not free just the 14 days of use. That is False advertisement and very deceiving. No where it says 14 day trial. I want a refund!

I sent for an advertised sample and this company sent me,according to them full size samples. They say their terms were stated on the ad, which they were not. I had 15 days to cancel,30 days later they would charge me $177+ but no product, 45 days they would charge me again$177+ and refill of products. All this information came after I called my credit card company when my bill came in and I inquired about these charges. I've called both the card company and Purely Organic and there's nothing that can be done. I'm 91 and on a fixed income and don't feel I owe them anything as I only ordered samples according to the ad.I would advise buyer beware.
