Took more money out of account than agreed to. Didn’t send product. After cancellation, refunded 1/3 of funds even after refund amount rejected. Don’t go near this company unless you want a lot of frustration and want to lose your money

I received an email from a relative on my contact list. The email had her first and last name so I thought it was from her. When I clicked on the link it was about a dietary supplement that was shown on Shark Tank. I thought since this was from a family member, I would try it and ordered

it (Feb. 25, 2019)--before checking with her. Upon contacting her to confirm she had sent it, wasn't from her! I received another email stating that my order had been shipped, but no details, no invoice, etc.--just that I would see a charge on my statement as "Naturals Purely 1-888-853-9517." The order ID was ridiculously long, 767a5f7e77-5c7449-e49bb610-18034043.

It did have a toll free number to call,(1-888-422-9040), so I called to cancel the order this morning (Feb. 28). I was told it had already been shipped and that I could not cancel the order. I told the rep that I did not approve of their solicitation method and would be reporting them to BBB. She hung up on me. Later I received an email (9:47 am) stating that my account has been cancelled.

I received an e-mail - supposedly from a friend (she said she had not sent it) - with pictures of the Think Tank cast and their praising a product KETO for weight loss - founded by 2 Texans.. the product had to do with a salt product. Having a daughter with weight problems, I ordered -$29.95 i entered my credit info - message said it didn't go through because of internet connection drop. I entered it all again - got same message. Within minutes I received a text from my credit card company asking if I had placed 2 charges to Supreme Health for $198 on my card. I called and said no. This is more than a scam - it is FRAUD. I hope you can do something to stop this.

I received an email that appeared to be from a friend suggesting that I buy the product. Because we had recently had a phone conversation about the Keto diet, I thought the email was real and clicked on the link included. The product is fake. Doesn't do what was advertised. I made a mistake in buying it. Now I'm getting additional "health products" in the mail, unsolicited & unapproved from the same PO Box in Chandler AZ. I have tried calling any/all numbers I can find for these products to get any further shipping stopped but to no avail. My only recourse now is to dispute any charges on my credit card. This is a very time consuming process. Totally unacceptable.

I received an email from the above email address which is set up to look like one of my friends emails (missing the St. from her last name). That email links to the following "article" about the product:

http://www.l3w1.oxoeeii.date/emily-rose/

From that "article" there are multiple hyperlinks from the product name to an order page.
