I order those flaming lights from them on Facebook on April 19 and have not gotten them yet! When I reach out it takes forever for a response and then they send me the wrong tracking! Why is Facebook also not responsible for this? I’m so annoyed that I thought coming from Facebook it was safe to purchase! Horrible experience

My experience is the same as described above. Waited almost three months to receive six chair covers, which was during China’s Covid shutdown which was understandable, then when I received them they were not what I ordered in any way. Wrong colour, wrong pattern. After multiple email exchanges and me sending them pictures and screenshots of my order and their own website photos, they are still telling me the order sent was correct. What a fraudulent company. Do not order their products.

This one is fake, it says 7-10 days shipping but now it’s 19 days already. Also i asked for the tracking number and they sent me one then when i reminded them again if when will my order arrive for real after 7 days they sent me different tracking num. they keep saying it was delayed bcos it’s international. Blah blah

Ordered chair and couch covers and never received them. I paid $111.00 for them.

18 back-and-forth communications and two months later, and they still haven't fixed the error of sending me the wrong item.

I paid for the item, plus shipping - they told me to pay the shipping to send it back to them.

I told them that they made the mistake, and should pay to correct it by shipping me the item I paid for and paying to have the wrong item shipped back, and they told me that they sent me the correct item.

I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation of the item I ordered and a picture of the item they actually sent, and they stopped responding. Note that they also stopped signing their name, and simply signed, "Customer Service".

They also seem to be doing business as "TrendGog" at trendywant.com (using the same customer service address, [email protected].

on 1/13/20 I purchased 3 couch covers for 94.40 and waited a few weeks, never heard from them. I contacted them and in broken English said the company was on vacation (seriously?) and to please be patient and wait until Feb 2 and they would fix the problem. I waited and now it's Feb 7th I've heard nothing. Looking closer, there was no tax added to the purchase (fishy) and I contacted my Credit card dispute center. They said the purchase was in London however the email from customer service is in Chinese. This is all very fishy and I am pursuing a dispute to get my money back.

I ordered three sets of cover chair and a sofa cover on December 28 2019. I spend over $100 dollars and I only received 8 chair covers. Until today 02/05/2020 I haven't received the rest of my items and now that I'm requesting my money back they're not even responding my emails.

The customer service is terrible, they only communicate thrue email and every time I asked where is the rest of my order or when I'll get it the only answer I get is "Wait patiently".

The persor responding the emails never follow up with me to give me updates on the rest of my order.

Do Not spend a Penny with these thief nor you want to deal with incompetent people with horrible custumer service.

Remember they're in China they don't give a dawm if you received your order or not after they got ur money you're on ur owm. The worst part was that they made me look so bad in front of my family becuse those items were gift the I have promised to a family member! ???

To Purefeel, I submitted an order from your company the first week of January 2020 and I have not yet received it. I have sent an email stating this including a picture of confirmation from you when I ordered but I have not received any answer in return. My total was a tad bit under $60 and your company has taken the money out of my acct, hoping I receive it this wk, if not I will be very disappointed. Praying this is not a scam

I placed an order for an office chair cover from PUREFEEL on July 30 2019 and even though the website said I would be notified when it is ready for shipment I have never been notified and even though I have sent an email everyday to [email protected] I have not received a reply yet as to explaining where the order is. Now I feel something is wrong like maybe this is a bogus website. I paid for the product though PAYPAL ( $16.85).

Hello I was wondering if you ever received your order? Something similar is happening to me as well. I placed my order on Jan 1 and I still haven’t received any word from anyone. I’ve been emailing that same email you provided and no one has returned my email.
